Kverndalen Living and Daycare Center is a new project scheduled for completion by 2023. The new building spans over 14,300 square meters and consist of 6 floors. It includes 112 resident rooms and 19 common rooms, which feature a “ceremony room”, library, lobby and additonally common areas. Furthermore, there is a gym and spa available for residents and daycare users. The center is conveniently located in Skien`s city center, providing easy access to all essential amenities. Hognes Helsehus Tønsberg is a high technology nursing home. They have 120 nursing rooms in 14 departments. A total square of 14 000 meters over two main floors. The building accommodate day care facilities, a café, common areas, a hairdresser and physiotherapy. The center is equipped with BazePort Infotainment system which let´s the residents watch TV and listen to radio.

LHL Gardermoen is a newly build hospital which specializes in treating heart and lung conditions.

Bergheim Living and Activity center consists of 96 apartments and daycare for 24 people. The center is a total of 10,200 square meters.
